What to Expect:
Starting at 11am there will be music playing in the Zoom room for you to gather yourself and arrive fully.
We will start promptly at 11:11am PST with an opening prayer and breathwork exercise to ground in.
Followed by a sharing circle supported by sacred witnessing/listening and ending with a closing blessing.
This will be a casual and potent opportunity for us to show up for one another in the comfort of our own homes.
